A daily application and a periodic inspection of the « HACCP » plan to control the risk at each stage of manufacturing process.

Supervision
Our production site is equipped with an internal laboratory for bacteriological analysis . The quality of raw materials, the manufacturing processes and finished products is critically monitored.

Traceability
This is one of our essential tools of health security. It is totally linked with the batch number or any other traceability element :

> The manufacturing database enables to go very quickly back to the different raw material batches, used in the recipes.
> A computer program delivers software available for consultation « on line » (with a password) the details of the products delivered to the platforms of our customer
Certfications
The aknowledgement of quality guarantee system goes black to 1995 when we obtained the ISO9001 certification. Since then we have obtained successively the BCR certification (in 2001) and IFS certification (in 2004). Actually the factory is IFS ( version 5, superior level) accredited .
